| As teachers at the American Language and Culture Institute, we will present a balanced curriculum that will provide international students the opportunity to improve their English language skills and prepare for social and cultural integration into the wider Long Beach City College community. Upon successful completion of the ALCI program, an international student will have the language proficiency and intercultural communicative competence to ably participate in both the social and academic arenas of student life at LBCC. |
